SECTION 9 - PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & CERTIFICATION

All Lab-Grown Diamonds sold by LabGrownBox are ethically sourced and certified by IGI, GIA, or SGL laboratories. Each product includes a certificate of authenticity verifying quality and ethical sourcing.

SECTION 10 - CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom jewelry orders, including personalized designs or engravings, are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

SECTION 11 - PRODUCT WARRANTY

LabGrownBox offers a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering defects. This warranty excludes wear, damage, or unauthorized repairs.

SECTION 12 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

For customers in the EU and UK, LabGrownBox International Ltd. is the authorized reseller and merchant of products and services offered within this store. Our operations comply with EU consumer protection and GDPR laws.
